A smallholder with a basic handset can be rung, and can ring back. That is what KasaFlow does: today's price, a buyer's pickup window, a warning about the rain, spoken in the language of the village rather than typed into an app nobody has downloaded. An AI voice agent that rings farmers and takes their calls — live in 30+ languages, understanding Twi, Ga, Ewe, Hausa and Fante on the call — the ones most systems leave out entirely — and answering in a language the farmer also speaks. It works down an ordinary phone line, so it reaches somebody who may not read, on a handset that may never have had data. Every call is transcribed, which is how a cooperative or a ministry shows who was actually reached.
